Cogent Networks was founded in Europe with a simple conviction: enterprise IT services had become a chain of subcontractors, and every link in that chain cost customers quality, visibility and accountability. We set out to build the opposite - a services company that directly employs its workforce, owns its logistics, and runs every workflow on a platform it built itself.
Today that model operates across 19 country entities in EMEA, APAC, LATAM and North America, with 8,000+ workers, 19 owned logistics hubs and a 24/7 multilingual service desk covering 20 languages. From a laptop swap in one office to a data centre build across a region, every engagement runs the same way: one contract, one SLA framework, one platform - Cogent OS - and one accountable partner.
We grew by doing the unglamorous things properly: vetted and background-checked workers, evidence-first delivery, ITIL-based operations, and the discipline of owning outcomes end to end. That is what enterprise customers stay for - and why our work is trusted in regulated, mission-critical environments across financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing and hyperscale data centres.
Every node is a registered legal entity with directly-employed workers and an owned logistics hub. We cover every country in the world except Russia and North Korea, serving surrounding territories from the nearest entity. Drag the globe to explore; hover a node for its role.
We employ our workforce rather than brokering it, in every country where we operate. That is what makes vetting standards, security clearance, training and continuity something we can commit to contractually rather than hope for. Where a requirement genuinely falls outside our entities, we say so and price it openly.
A work order cannot close in Cogent OS without its worksheet, photographs, serial capture and signature. The consequence is that the audit file assembles itself as the work happens, and the monthly report is a query against records rather than a reconstruction of them.
Ticketing, dispatch, warehouse and 3PL, workforce and finance are modules on one system we built and maintain. One audit trail, one data policy, one version of the truth - and when a client needs something the platform does not do yet, it is our roadmap rather than a vendor's.
ITIL-based problem management on repeat incidents, root-cause analysis, and CAPA actions tracked to closure at the quarterly business review. The measure of a good year is not steady-state firefighting but a downward trend in the things that went wrong.
Each entity employs its own workers under local employment law and operates its own logistics hub, acting as importer of record in its country. This is what lets equipment clear into local stock and people be employed properly rather than engaged through intermediaries.
Deliberately without dates until they are confirmed - the sequence matters more than the calendar.
Held, aligned or registered as applicable per entity - certificate copies available on request during procurement.

We employ, train and certify our own people - field and data centre workers, service desk analysts, cloud engineers, warehouse teams and corporate functions - across nineteen countries.
