Managed AV puts every room under remote monitoring with proactive ticketing: offline devices, failed peripherals, sign-in failures and firmware drift raise tickets to our desk before a user reports them. Firmware and configuration are managed to a policy per archetype rather than device by device.
You receive a monthly room-health report - uptime and incident count per room, the rooms consuming most support, and recommendations where a room's design no longer matches how it is used. Priced per room per month, so the commercial model scales with the estate rather than with tickets.
Designs use certified compute and peripheral combinations, so the room is supportable by Microsoft and behaves predictably across the estate.

A professional services firm had accumulated meeting-room AV from a decade of local purchasing decisions: five platforms, no two rooms alike, and a support model that meant every fault became a mystery. Client-facing meetings were starting late often enough that it had become a partner-level issue.

No. Teams Rooms certification is our default because most of our clients are Microsoft-first, but we design and support Zoom Rooms and Webex spaces, and dual-mode rooms where the estate has to host both. What we will not do is design a room that only works if every participant uses one platform.
Often, yes - displays, mounts and cabling frequently have life left even when the compute and peripherals do not. The survey states explicitly what is reusable, what is at end of support, and where reuse would compromise the archetype. Anything displaced goes back through our hubs into resale or certified disposal.
