Behind the portals

One platform, not three tools

Cogent OS is our own ITSM and ITIL-based operations platform. The Customer Portal shows your estate, the Field Worker Portal dispatches and evidences the work, and the Vendor Portal handles the commercial record - all reading and writing the same objects.

Access is role-based and least-privilege, with two-factor authentication as standard, immutable audit logging and EU hosting. See the platform in detail.
