Because we employ our workforce through nineteen registered entities and hold clearance records in the platform, those questions have documentary answers rather than assurances.

Who is actually doing the work
Subcontracted delivery makes vetting claims unverifiable. Every worker is employed by the local Cogent entity, screened by us, and their clearance validity is enforced by the scheduler.
Data and stock that must stay in country
Delivery is run by the in-country entity with in-country hubs acting as importer of record, so equipment and records remain within the jurisdiction the contract requires.
Evidence for the file, not the conversation
Change approvals, work orders with photographic evidence, asset records and destruction certificates are generated by the platform, so an audit or information request is answered from the system.
