Estate programmes fail on repeatability. We pilot by store format, fix the runbook and kit list, then deliver in waves with per-store kits built at the in-country hub and timed to arrive with the installer.
Work that must fit trading hours
Installations and changes are planned around each store trading pattern, with access and key-holder details on the work order, till settlement tested before the worker leaves, and a rollback if it does not settle.
