The proposition

Most providers run your tickets. We run your IT.

The gap in the managed-services market is not support quality. It is scope. A typical provider answers tickets and monitors alerts, then hands you back to a reseller for hardware, a contractor for installations and a waste firm for disposal - and the joins between them are where cost and risk accumulate.

We take the whole lifecycle. We buy the equipment through authorised channels, receive it into our own warehouse in your country, stage and configure it, install it with our own workers, support it from a 24/7 multilingual desk, patch and secure it, plan its refresh from real experience data, and retire it through our certified disposal chain with a certificate per serial.

That means one monthly bill, one SLA framework, one account team and one asset record from purchase order to destruction certificate. For an organisation without an IT department, we become it. For one that has a team, we take the desk, the field and the routine so they can take the strategy.

Who it is for

Three shapes of client

SME

No internal IT, or one overloaded person carrying everything alongside another job. We become the department: the desk, the monitoring, the security, the hardware and someone senior who owns the roadmap.

·A named account manager, not a ticket queue·vCIO input without a full-time salary·Hardware and licensing handled end to end·Documented estate rather than tribal knowledge

Retail & multi-site chains

Every store supported to the same standard, with POS uptime as the measure that matters and rollout and business-as-usual under one contract.

·Priority-one POS response with local spares·Out-of-hours work around trading patterns·Store openings and refreshes as programme work·One estate view across every site

Mid-market, co-managed

We work with your IT team rather than replacing it. We take the desk, the field visits and the routine operational load; they take architecture, projects and business partnering.

·Clear RACI agreed at the outset·Your tooling or ours, integrated either way·Escalation into your team, not around it·Capacity that flexes without hiring
Five pillars

One monthly bill covers all of it

PILLAR 01

24/7 monitoring

A NOC watching servers, network, endpoints and cloud platforms, with alerts opening tickets automatically at the right priority.

PILLAR 02

Multilingual service desk

Round-the-clock support in 20 languages, staffed from our own delivery offices on follow-the-sun shifts.

PILLAR 03

Security governance

A patching cadence that is actually held, EDR deployed with tuned policy, and governance aligned to ISO 27001 practice.

PILLAR 04

Backup & DR

Automated backup with restore testing, because an untested backup is a hope rather than a control.

PILLAR 05

vCIO strategic input

Roadmap, budget planning and vendor management from someone senior who knows your estate.

From supply to end

The whole lifecycle, one owner

Most managed-service providers run your tickets. We run your entire IT lifecycle - and each stage below is a service you can open and read in full.

One platform, not a stack of tools

Ticketing, monitoring, dispatch, warehouse stock, asset records and billing are modules on one system we built and maintain. There is one audit trail, one data policy and one version of the truth.

Practically, that means the ticket your user raises, the spare drawn from our warehouse, the worker dispatched to site and the line on your invoice are the same record - so your monthly report is a query rather than a reconciliation. See the platform →

Comparable engagements

RETAIL CHAIN · MULTI-COUNTRY MANAGED IT
100%
On-time store openings

A retail group standardised IT across its estate under one contract: POS and network support, store openings as programme work, and business-as-usual on one SLA. Every store now runs the same build and reports into one estate view.

REGIONAL FIRM · MULTI-OFFICE CONSOLIDATION
Double digit
Cost reduction

A multi-office firm consolidated a service desk, three local support contracts, a hardware reseller and a disposal arrangement into one managed service. Duplicated margin and tooling came out of the cost base, and the estate became documented rather than remembered.

FAQ

Questions buyers ask

Can you work alongside our existing IT team?

Yes - co-managed is one of our three standard shapes. We agree a RACI at the outset covering who owns the desk, the field, patching, change approval and escalation, and we integrate with your tooling or bring ours. The common split is that we take the operational load and your team keeps architecture, projects and business partnering.

What does "we are your IT department" actually include?

Procurement through authorised channels, staging and configuration at our warehouse, installation by our own workers, a 24/7 multilingual desk, NOC monitoring, patching and EDR, backup with restore testing, four-hour onsite response, vCIO roadmap and budget input, and certified disposal at end of life. It is the whole lifecycle rather than the ticket queue.

How is it priced?

Per user per month for Managed IT, per device per month for Managed Devices, and per agent or per seat for a standalone desk. Hardware can sit inside the subscription or be bought separately with transparent margin. Multi-country estates receive one consolidated invoice with a per-country breakdown.

What happens if we want to leave?

Exit assistance is a contractual deliverable, not a negotiation. You receive the asset and CMDB records, ticket history, runbooks and documentation in portable formats, and we support the transition to whoever takes over. Documentation is written on the assumption that someone else may inherit it.

Do you support multiple countries under one contract?

Yes. Nineteen country entities with directly-employed workers and owned warehouses means the second and third country are ordinary rather than exceptional, including local employment, local language support and in-country spares. Where a site sits outside our entity footprint we say so and explain what it means for response.

Want IT to stop being your problem?

Tell us the headcount, the sites and what hurts most today. We will come back with the tier, the transition plan and the monthly number.
