Every line is delivered by our own workers and tracked as the same object in Cogent OS - so a rack build in Turin and a laptop swap in Auckland are managed, evidenced and reported the same way.
IT Consulting and vCIO advisory spans all six areas: where a client needs the strategy as well as the hands, the same account team writes the roadmap and delivers against it. Background verification sits inside Talent & Managed Workforce; warehouse and 3PL (WaaS) sits inside Hardware, Warehouse & Lifecycle.
Cogent OS is our own operations platform, not a stack of licensed tools. One platform, one audit trail, one data policy, and modules that talk to each other - ticketing, dispatch, warehouse and 3PL, workforce, BGV and reporting.
It is ITSM and ITIL-based by design: incident, request, problem and change with CAB approval, SLA clocks, CMDB and asset records, evidence capture and QBR reporting. Click any service line below to go straight to its page.
All eighteen service lines follow this lifecycle. Cogent OS is ITSM and ITIL-based - incident, request, problem and change management with CAB approval, a live CMDB, and SLA measurement per priority.
| PRIORITY | DEFINITION | RESPONSE | TARGET RESOLUTION | UPDATES |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| P1 - Critical | Service down, site or revenue-critical system unavailable | 15 minutes | 4 hours | Hourly |
| P2 - High | Major degradation or a group of users affected | 30 minutes | 8 hours | Every 2 hours |
| P3 - Medium | Single user or non-critical function impaired | 2 hours | Next business day | Daily |
| P4 - Low | Request, change or scheduled work | 8 hours | 5 business days | On progress |
Indicative framework - targets are agreed per contract and measured in Cogent OS against the ITIL priority matrix. Attainment reported monthly and reviewed at QBR.
Six delivered programmes. Each one links to the service page that carries the full engagement. Anonymised by agreement - client names available under NDA.
EUC refresh and break-fix across 1,386 sites, islands included - 800 workers, 100% IMAC SLA.
Break-Fix & IMAC/D →SD-WAN deployed across live industrial plants at 99% next-business-day SLA, zero visits rescheduled.
Smart Hands →Managed workforce of 430 named workers across 189 sites, at 100% utilisation.
Managed Workforce →Forward logistics across the UK and EU with same-day shipping to site and 100% SLA met.
Warehouse + 3PL →Witnessed on-site HDD destruction - nothing left the facility intact, certificate per drive.
ITAD & Secure Disposal →Turn-key office and comms room: 183 data points certified, 12 APs surveyed to validation.
Data Centre Services →Either. Most clients start with one line - a service desk, a country rollout, a warehouse contract - and add lines as the relationship widens. Because everything runs on Cogent OS, adding a line does not mean a new tool, a new portal or a new account team: the existing contract is extended with a new schedule and the work appears in the same queue and the same monthly report.
No. Every worker across the UK, EU, LATAM and APAC is directly employed by the Cogent entity in that country. That is what lets us commit to vetting standards, security clearance, training and continuity of the same named people on your account. Where a niche skill or a country outside our 19 entities is genuinely required, we say so in advance and price it transparently rather than quietly brokering it.
One SLA framework, applied per priority and measured in Cogent OS with the local working calendar and language of each site. You get one consolidated attainment figure and a per-country breakdown in the same report, rather than four regional providers each reporting differently.
Incident, request, problem and change management as defined processes, a change advisory board for anything that touches production, a live CMDB kept current as work completes, and problem management that closes the loop on repeat incidents. The platform enforces the process, so the evidence is a by-product of the work rather than a reporting exercise.
Where we already have an entity, weeks - the employment, hub, parts and language capability exist. Where the requirement sits outside the 19, we serve it from the nearest entity and tell you exactly which one, what that means for response times and parts logistics, and whether a new entity is warranted by the volume.
Tell us the countries, the sites and the service levels. We will show you which entity, which hub and which workers deliver it.
