Inductions, method statements, escort protocols and change windows are absolute, and a crew that treats them as paperwork does not come back. We staff this work with directly-employed, cleared workers whose induction validity is tracked in the platform, so scheduling cannot put the wrong person on the floor.

Clearance and access that cannot slip
Site inductions and vetting expire. Cogent OS holds clearance validity per worker and blocks dispatch against an expired credential, so access is never the reason a window is missed.
Work that is inspected years later
Cable dressing, labelling and A/B feed discipline are judged long after handover. One documented installation standard, applied in every hall and every country, with photographic evidence per rack.
Windows that must be used, not filled
Racks are built, populated, cabled and burned in at our own hubs and delivered ready to energise, so the on-floor window is spent on placement, connection and commissioning.
